We at the Cannery Pier Hotel feel privileged to participate and sponsor a residents' special wishes at Clatsop Care Center. This resident had remarked, that of all of her activities, she missed dancing the most. It was fun for us at the hotel to take care of her dance lessons and find her a dance partner. What a Blast!

She left her walker for her new dance lessons.

The simple wish of this next resident was for new clothes.
We arranged for shopping and she luckily liked everything.
The staff said it was the first time she smiled in a long time.

With her new clothes she now feels comfortable and confident to participate in all of the activities. In the background, our dance enthusiast now finds exuses to dance at all the events.
